As a member of the 7-Eleven Franchise Owners Association of Chicagoland, you receive numerous benefits, including the opportunity to attend educational and informational events, like the 7-Eleven FOAC trade show, and networking and fun outings that benefit local charities, such as our annual golf tournament.

Here you'll find additional resources, which we will be updating on a regular basis. Under the newsletter/magazine tab, you'll find the latest issues of our member publications. In the newsletter, we focus on current issues, upcoming in-store promotions and ad campaigns, recent store special events and grand openings. The newsletter also includes features on vendors, 7-Eleven management and fellow franchisees. Under 7-Eleven FOAC resources, you will find links to preferred business resources, based on the experiences of our board. The links list experts in business development, accounting, health insurance and legal issues, all of whom 7-Eleven FOAC board members have found to be helpful and professional.

Under local directory, you'll find a listing of all of the stores, color-coded to indicate current 7-Eleven FOAC members (red), non-members (white) and White Hen stores (blue). For questions about running your business, we encourage you to consult this directory to find fellow 7-Eleven FOAC members. Quite a few of our members are long-time franchisees and can offer you expert guidance, whether you're concerned about sales, inventory, personnel, product deliveries or marketing your store within your community.

Last, we have included some helpful info and tips. This section, which will be refreshed regularly, will feature articles on merchandising, sales, customer service, accounting and promotions. We also invite our members to contribute their own tips.
