WORLD RENOWNED PRODUCTS
Top Notch Vendors
The stores are constantly expanding their
food service offerings with additions to the proprietary line of grilled specialties,
including new varieties of Go-Go Taquitos, as well as fresh sandwiches
and delicious baked goods (including donuts, cookies, and brownies), all of which are
prepared and delivered fresh daily. In addition to their own signature line of private
label items (sold under the name 7-Select), 7-Eleven also features products and services
from the most recognized vendors and suppliers in the world!
What do the following industry giants have in common?
Coca Cola Enterprises, Pepsi Americas, USA Today, Miller Beer, Hostess, Frito Lay,
Yoplait, Hershey's Chocolate, Oscar Meyer, Ben & Jerry's, Citibank, Starbucks, Lay's,
Nestle and Heineken USA. They all provide products and/or services to 7-Eleven stores!
7-Eleven takes great pride in the products and services it offers its customers and does
its best to tailor them to meet the needs of its busy and ever growing shopper base.
While you'll find many of the same brands at 7-Eleven stores throughout the country,
you'll also find items that are specific to a certain region.
For example, when 7-Eleven acquired the Chicago-based White Hen chain in 2006, the
company introduced the White Hen customer favorites to its 7-Eleven Chicagoland stores
including its Pantry Select coffee and Pantry Select fresh sandwiches, salads, entrees
and side dishes.
In Florida, research
has shown that 7-Eleven's Latin customers in Florida enjoy sweets and pastries. They
also have a taste for the super fruit Guava. As a result, 7-Eleven has created new
bakery goods for this particular part of the country which includes a Guava pound cake,
a Guava and Cheese Danish and Guava and Cheese Fiesta Squares (an authentic Latin
American filled pastry). Through its proprietary and very successful Retail
Information System, 7-Eleven stores are able to carry products that customers would
want to buy in a particular region.
Partnering with the FOAC
The FOAC offers numerous opportunities for vendors to partner with us. Throughout the
year, there are several events in which vendors can participate including our annual
Golf Outing and our very successful annual Trade Show. Vendor sponsorship at these and
other events is a tremendous way to get to know the Chicagoland franchisees and for
our store owners to become better acquainted with you and your products.
We also publish a newsletter with two to three pages that are dedicated to
vendor advertising. Our publication has a circulation that not only reaches all of
the Chicago area franchisees, but it is also mailed to the top management team at the
7-Eleven corporate offices, area Business and Field Consultants, presidents of other Franchise
Owners Associations nationwide, and hundreds of vendors. If you'd like more
information about upcoming opportunities for vendor involvement, please click

Selling to 7-Eleven
Do you have a product that 7-Eleven should consider selling in their stores? 7-Eleven's
corporate office is always on the lookout for new and innovative items that would
appeal to its customers, and wants to work with suppliers that help maintain 7-Eleven's
strong competitive edge. When considering new vendors, 7-Eleven also seeks products
that reflect the ethnic and gender diversity of the communities where stores are
located.
The process is easy and can be completed online with a few simple steps. The
information you submit is then transferred to and stored in 7-Eleven's secure corporate
intranet, where it gets reviewed by category managers at 7-Eleven's Dallas headquarters.
The managers are made aware of new application postings by email alerts and respond
accordingly. You can check the status of your application in the Products & Services
section of www.7-eleven.com. Hopefully, we will see your new products in 7-Eleven
stores nationwide!
